Return/Exchange/Refund Policy

WHAT can be returned, refunded or exchanged?

We will accept returns only for products that are purchased directly from nVentix® Golf. If you purchased your nVentix® products from a retail store, golf shop, club maker or club fitter, please contact the seller about their return, refund and exchange policies.

Refunds: All products are returnable for a refund IF they have not been used or installed in a golf club and are in the same condition as when purchased.

Exchanges: If a product has been installed in a golf club, is otherwise used or is not in the same condition as when purchased, it may only be returned for an exchange BUT ONLY if the product contains a manufacturing defect, as determined by nVentix® Golf in its sole discretion. No exchanges or refunds will be made for products that are improperly fitted, are misused or are damaged intentionally or unintentionally other than as a result of a manufacturing defect (as determined by nVentix® in its sole discretion).

WHEN do items need to be returned by? Items must be returned within 30 days after purchase. Exchanges of defective products may be made if returned within six months of purchase.

HOW do customers return items? Contact us via email (info@nventix.com) to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

In your email, please include:

  • Your name
  • Address
  • Date of purchase
  • Invoice number
  • Phone number
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you are seeking a refund or exchange.

SHIPPING for returns? You should return the items in the same packaging that the item was sent to you or in similar packaging. You are responsible for paying shipping charges on returns. We recommend that you ship the products to us using a service that will provide tracking and insurance, since nVentix will not be responsible for products that are damaged or lost during transit to us. For defective products that are exchanged, nVentix® Golf will pay shipping on the replacement products.

CREDIT for returns? If your return is eligible for a refund, your credit card will be refunded once the item is received and inspected LESS our $10 restock fee. For cash or check payments, nVentix will send your refund by check. Please allow up to 30 days to process your return.
